submitted by Katie W. - May 02, 2019|Recommended: YesBest Apartments In Billings — The best people work here Everyone is honest, helpful, and work in a timely manner. The apartments are well kept and spacious. Some neighbors are noisy and children tend to run through halls and up the stairs. But it’s not very annoying, usually by eight or nine the neighborhood quiets down. Parking is good on occasion, but having a garage is well worth the money I especially love that these apartments are pet friendly and they have a large, well kept, property to walk around. Highly recommend

Parking up front is not terrible,, and it is nice to have an assigned spot as well. We love living at hunters pointe and the location just adds to it.

Pet Policy

A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in each apartment. Mature weight may not exceed 100 pounds per pet. There is a $500 refundable deposit per animal. Pet rent is $50 per pet, per month. An additional $200 deposit will apply for puppies under 1-year-old. We partner with PetScreening to manage all pet and assistance animal screenings. All applicants must complete a PetScreening profile as part of the application process. Please note, there is a nominal fee for pet profiles; assistance animal profiles are processed at no charge.
