|Recommended: YesI Like The Location Of Humter's Pointe And The Size Of The Complex As Well As The Amenities. — I would tell others it is a nice place to live. The apartments are spacious and well kept. I enjoy the landscaping as I walk my dog. Other residents seem friendly. Office staff and maintenance staff are efficient and helpful. I like having covered parking with the option of using a garage once one comes available.

|Recommended: YesI Love The Layout Of The Apartment. Very Big And Spacious. A Lot The The Neighbors Are Really Friendly. — The apartments are nice. A lot of friendly people. I like that it is a little out of town but still extremely close.

We do our best to keep our apartments looking good. We also love seeing all the smiling faces of all those who walk around the property.

We are very excited to be working on remodeling our clubhouse, amenities as well as updating/remodeling some of the apartments during our monthly turnover process. |Recommended: YesComfortable Place To Live — Apartment is spacious and well laid out. It's quiet in my building and surrounding area. Lots of kids, so common area sometimes has trash laying around and the pool area has been under construction but is shaping up nicely Maintenance staff is OUTSTANDING Front office staff friendly and helpful. Overall, a very nice experience and place to live. Parking for guests is very limited, that's the only downfall.

|Recommended: YesVery Immaculate — If someone were to ask me what living in Hunter's Pointe was like, I would respond simply with Peaceful. It's rare to find a place you can really turn into a home as quickly as here. I find myself more comfortable than I have been in a long time From amenities, to staff, everything is great. Very modern game room, gym, playground and soon a brand new pool. I would recommend living here to anyone looking for a place to settle down and call home.

We were nervous about apartment living with little ones since we had been in a house before but so far our neighbors have been great. everyone is pretty quite. my little one loves the playground. she loves to play with the other children that live here.

|Recommended: NoNo Amenities — The pool was supposed to be done may 11th, the the 30th, now July 4th. Kids have nothing to do here. Ttied to do laundry and one machine has been out of order now for three weeks and the coin machine is out of quarters so we had to go do laundry at fresh spin today. I’m getting pretty frustrated but all we can do is sit in the apartment all day long or walk around. There’s no reason that the kids cannot be playing basketball, or using the kids area. I have had to have about six maintenance requests I have lived here now for not even four weeks and my son rolled his ankle because of a huge Divet on the patio that all they did was cover with carpet. We are going to the doctor this week to have it looked at. I’m not very happy.
Hi Molly-Thanks for reaching out with your concerns. As we excitedly anticipate the opening of our newly remodeled pool, we have not been given a date nor have we given our residents an opening date. We apologize if you thought a date had been previously released. As far as the laundry machines, our staff is diligently working on a solution to get these in working order. Sometimes repairs are out of our hands as we wait on availability on our vendor's schedule, but we do appreciate your concern. All amenities that are closed are based on the directive from the governor and our staff at Hunter's Pointe is doing everything we can to keep residents and employees safe all while remaining in compliance with local and state opening directives. Lastly, as for the divot on your patio, you let our staff know that you didn't want this fixed at this time because of your short stay with us, we could repair it when you moved out. We are more than happy to put in another work order for this, please just contact the office. I hope we have answered all of your concerns.
