The apartments are beautiful, quiet and maintenance is so quick when anything is needed. The management staff who work alongside Katie are so wonderful and kind, residents couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend it here

|Recommended: YesI have lived here for over 5 years now. I was grateful to find an ADA apartment which has made living with mobility issues so much easier. Brian, the grounds keeper, keeps the property clean. Abdullah and his maintenance team are always quick to take care of any maintenance issues that I have. They are all very friendly and helpful. The office staff always keeps the residents informed about what is going on. The property is well kept up and peaceful.

|Recommended: YesWe started our search for a 6 month furnished rental from Arizona. We had previously rented with Hunter's Pointe in the past and opted for this facility again. The office staff of Katie, Tequemarie and Georgi went out of their way to help with the application process from long distance. Extremely helpful for us older non-techy boomers. They walked us through a few confusing steps to a successful rental contract. A big THANK YOU to these three young ladies. After arrival, we needed a couple minor maintenance issues addressed. Juan took care of our issues in a timely manner and to our satisfaction.
|Recommended: YesI enjoy my apartment. It’s very quiet. There’s spacious outdoor area with walking paths, swimming pool and barbecue area and I also enjoy the small dog park. We have the staff is very friendly and the Maintenance team is awesome. They get everything done the same day if they possibly can with any issues you may have.

Honestly it was a breath of fresh air working with Juan, the maintenance guy. We worked with Juan previously at an apartment complex and he was extremely professional before, and we knew we were in good hands. I hope hunters pointe understands that service people like Juan are an extremely rare find, and that he continues to flourish in his profession.
Overall the place feels safe and the maintenance and grounds team deserves some solid recognition.
|Recommended: YesThere's no parking for any friends you might want to come over. They take forever to repair major things like construction. They took 6 months to repair my neighbors deck and my hall way had red tape and construction cones in for three month because the carpet was shot. The staff is good and for everyday things the maintenance staff is great.
