|Recommended: YesThere's no parking for any friends you might want to come over. They take forever to repair major things like construction. They took 6 months to repair my neighbors deck and my hall way had red tape and construction cones in for three month because the carpet was shot. The staff is good and for everyday things the maintenance staff is great.

|Recommended: YesI have lived at Hunters Point for just about 2 years now and love it. My biggest worry about appt living was noise, but they have built these well. I have no issues with outside noise. The maintenance staff is wonderful. I had purchased a large TV from Costco and was having a hard time getting it out of my car. Abdalla Hasan was kind enough to help me get it out and even offered to help me with it to my appt. Everyone is very helpful, if they don't know the answer, they will find someone that does.

Him and his maintenance crew are one of the best things about hunters pointe. They always take the time however big or small the job is to get it done properly.
