|Recommended: YesVery Clean, Nice, And With Great Amenities. — The look of the Hunter's Pointe property is very appealing. The maintenance staff keep the grounds looking good year round, with the grass and landscaping during the summer and the snow removal in the winter.
On top of that, the updated workout facility and pool hottub BBQ area make it so nice to live here. Also, the pool table room and basketball court are an added bonus.
The apartments themselves are nice and clean with a very good layout plan. The heating and cooling also work very well and keep the temperature right where you set it. For apartment living the sound is very good as well. I have never heard noise from both sides, but can, on occasion, here some noise from above. That is normal and very mild.
The office staff are very helpful and make all interactions smooth and easy.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to leave at the most part everyone follows the rules but you'll always get some of the rule breakers anywhere you go I had a issue with some of the kids doing some dangerous stuff and talk to the office and Gina did a wonderful job approaching the kids very professionally and told them that what they were doing was unsafe and ask them to stop doing it apartments themselves are nice and big and very family-friendly and definitely would recommend living here

|Recommended: YesBest Apartment Complex I've Lived In — Hunter's Pointe is an incredible place to live Management is always organizing community events and doing monthly contests drawings. They are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The complex is kid and pet friendly. My apartment was clean when I moved in and for a one bedroom, it is very spacious. Abdalla is the main maintenance guy, he is really nice and great at his job I have always been impressed by the timeliness and efficiency of maintenance work. My favorite part the pool area and gym, they are both newly remodeled and sooo great

|Recommended: YesOne Of The Better Complex's Around — For apartment complex living it is okay. Not enough parking for the amount of units. Parking is not adequate for the size of vehicles in todays world.

|Recommended: NoI would not recommend renting these apartments to anyone The walls are so thin you can hear everything No body cleans up after their dogs. People don’t respect the quiet hours of 10 00 pm - 8 00 am. The management is extremely unprofessional. If you don’t have a carport or garage there is NO where to park.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We are always more than happy to accommodate our residents when they have to terminate their lease early. In fact, we do this often and for many different reasons. However, since you are requesting the early termination of your lease 1 month before it's end date, let us remind you that you did agree by signing your lease that there would be penalties attached to this. Our Lease Buy Out is more than fair and is only allowed when the market dictates that it is reasonable for both parties. We are sorry that you felt like you should have just been let out of your lease, but unfortunately this isn’t what either of us agreed to when signing your lease. Again, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and we hope you understand our commitment to always upholding the agreed upon lease.

About our rent prices, we do a monthly market survey with all other compatible properties to stay aligned with the rest of area. Just last year we did remodel our clubhouse and all of our amenities which we are so excited about! We are also very eager for the pool and new BBQ areas to open this summer!
