My only complaint is that I can sometimes hear my upstairs neighbors, but that's to be expected with any apartment. I look forward to coming home to my place here at Hunter's Pointe.

|Recommended: YesGood Location And Friendly Staff — Good location and staff is courteous and polite. Somewhat expensive for the quality of the appliances in the dwelling. There are many rules and regulations which is personally frustrating at times. Amenities are nice and relatively well equipped. There was an increase in rent after our initial lease expired without significant adjustments in amenities benefits to compensate for changes in rent. In our prior lease it was stated there would be a change to month-to-month leasing upon completion of initial lease. The facility broke this agreement and only offered a 13 or 14 month lease agreement in order to extend our lease. This was highly frustrating and somewhat unprofessional. However, the facility did not make us aware of the change in lease terms for the new lease until approximately 1-2 months prior to the new lease beginning. This gave us virtually no time to look for other living arrangements. I have no issues with living in this facility as far as safety, good neighbors and friendly staff but I am overall disappointed in the way some things have been handled in regard to the change in lease.

|Recommended: YesNice, But The Kids Can Be Noisy — They are nice apartments, on the higher end of rent cost, but you have friendly neighbors. The staff is nice, and they take care of any issues you have, other than that the only thing is that the kids can be noisy sometimes, but that's not the staff, or the apartments fault.

|Recommended: YesPeaceful Atmosphere — I've lived here since May 2021 and everyone is friendly. Maintenance is quick and efficient which is so refreshing compared to the last place I lived. It's apartment living so I hear a few things, but nothing crazy. I recommended these apartments to two of my friends and they both live here now and love it as well. It's a cozy community.

|Recommended: YesMake Sure Ur Apt Isn't Next To 3 Condensers — Building is great. I was just unlucky in having a bedroom with 3 condensers outside my window but at least it's cool inside when there is 100° weather outside.
