From the Downtown/South: Take US-169 N to NW 96th Street/Tiffany Springs Pkwy exit. At the traffic circle, take the first right. Property will be on the right. From the Airport/North: Take I435 R until US-169 S. Exit at NW 96th St/Tiffany Springs Pkwy. At the traffic circle, take the 3rd exit onto NW 96th Street. At 2nd traffic circle, exit the 1st exit to stay on NW 96th Street. Property will be on the right.

Pet Policy

A maximum of two pets are allowed in each apartment. Mature weight may not exceed 100 pounds for each pet. A pet interview may be required prior to moving in. $250 Pet Deposit Per Apartment & $250 Pet Fee Per Pet. An additional $200 pet deposit is required for puppies under 12 months old. Monthly Fee of $30 for cats and $40 for dogs. We partner with PetScreening to manage all pet and assistance animal screenings. All applicants must complete a PetScreening profile as part of the application process. Please note, there is a nominal fee for pet profiles; assistance animal profiles are processed at no charge.
