|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — The only complaint I have is when I did my walk through of the apartment the cleaning crew did a horrible job but they did have them come back, there were a few little things wrong with the apartment like cabinets are off a bathroom fan not working, and the painters got paint splatters all over the laminate flooring. The people above me are very loud. I think I was just disappointed to start with because the model is so nice and I expected it to look just like it. I am now in love with my apartment even though I am still trying to get the paint off the floor. The parking is horrible unless you pay for a spot if you do not pay for a spot then you have to walk a little ways. The grounds cleanliness is better than the last place I lived but a lot of the residents who have dogs do not pick up their dog poop. I would definitely refer my friends and family to the apartments. The front office staff are amazing

|Recommended: YesToday my toilet flooded and Derek was here less than 5 minutes I called the office. He was pleasant and fixed the the issue quickly. Derek also fixed my garage disposal when I brought it to his attention about putting in a work order.

|Recommended: NoNothing Is Done About The Dog Poop Everywhere Even The Sidewalk. The Office Personnel Wont Enforce Any Rules And When You Leave A Message They Dont Call You Back Or Follow Up Or Explain Anything To You. Not Helpful At All. They Did Not Clea — because i had to shovel my own sidewalk i fell on the ice and I am in my 60's. I should not have to shovel the sidewalks. If maintenance can't shovel the sidewalk then someone needs to be hired. A shovel should not be left and we be told to shovel out ourselves. And I am told they cant replace trim with out charging me too. The water heater leaking damaged caused this, and wont replace trim by the door which is cheap.

|Recommended: NoDwelling Conditions — When I moved here 2 1 2 years ago everything was kept up, There was never trash flying around but now I see paper cups and other trash laying on the ground and pieces of paper flying around. The grill was broken and I don't know if it was ever repaired or replaced since I did not go back to use it. At least my requests get taken care of in a timely manner. When I moved here I was hoping it would be for a long time but if things keep going down, I willhave to look for a more suitable place.
