Everything I reported gets fixed the next business day or same day if I reported it early enough for them to respond. My kids are able to go outside and play and be normal and not fear of anything happening especially in this area we are in but this property itself is pretty safe. Everyone looks out for each other. Shoutout to the team at the leasing office yall are amazing

It would be helpful to have a extra that is locked up and we can only use it when that one is full it will help keep the property clean it is just a suggestion.

There was a dark, almost black build up of grime in the dishwasher causing a very bad smell. We bought several cleaning products to try to eliminate it, but it seems to not do much. It was a bit disappointing that this appliance wasn’t thoroughly cleaned before we moved in. I emailed management and have yet to hear a response. We were also given the wrong mail key by mistake but that was fixed. Overall, our move in experience went okay.

There needs to be more convenient locations for trash pick up tho. One location for the whole property makes taking out the trash very inconvenient

submitted by Ashley N. - |Recommended: YesMove-In Review — Parking availability being 3 stars, because there really is just enough spots for each person but depending on when you’re out in the day, you may be further from your apartment, but otherwise it’s pretty good 3 stars for cleanliness, only because I have seen some extra construction materials around 4 stars for construction for that reason but considering all the construction, it’s pretty clean. But the garbage does get overloaded by the time garbage day comes around. Maybe another bin would help, but it’s also not a big deal either. I have not had any experience with the maintenance staff yet, which is why I say 3 stars, just very neutral. Overall, very nice place and very bright at night. It makes it feel a little safer
