|Recommended: YesThe Staf — The staff the maintenance crew and the manager have all been very easy and pleasant to work with when we have maintenance issue they are very quick at getting to you and fixing the problem there manager does a great job at taking care of all the people causing havoc we love it here and definitely would recommend it thank you crews and manager

|Recommended: NoComplaint — There’s no grass construction has been going on for months and the trash bins are far and they’re always super full not worth what I am paying for every month
Hi Stephanie, grass is on the way as part of the exterior construction being done on the south side of the property. Please bear with us while this gets completed as it will be beautiful when the landscapers are finished. Our team works hard to clear the trash daily. We recommend that residents utilize the compactor and try and bring their trash during weekdays to keep the area clear. Residents who take pride in their community by properly disposing of the trash and not leaving it by their doors or in the wrong areas make our team's jobs easier and keep the community looking great. No place is perfect troubles have surfaced from both their part and mine as well, but it has been such a smooth fair process when it comes to finding a resolution.
