A few minor hiccups with move in with onsite internet and thanks to the Fantastic maintenance team, the issue was solved I added a garage with my apartment home, which makes parking great Appreciate all the staff does.

|Recommended: YesMy Review — Overall a great place to live and we’re happy to be here. The only thing that I would like to change is the hallway carpets. They are very old, some even torn on our block. It would be appreciated if you could consider this.
|Recommended: NoGood For The Price — The apartment is nice for the lower rent. We haven't had any noise problems so far, and there has always been enough parking spots.
My complaints are that there were two bird's nests in the breezeways right outside of our apartment with vomit and excrement piles on the floor. The carpet in the breezeways also look like they're on their way out. I contacted the property and was told that it was not my responsibility to clean and that they'd take care of it tomorrow. That was 5 days ago, so I will be cleaning up the mess myself.
One of the cabinets in the master bathroom was missing a screw, which was on the floor in the bedroom for some reason, and so the cabinet door was not attached to the cabinet itself. I was able to put the screw back in, but little things like that bug me. Another problem with the bathroom is that the shower door seems to be on its way out, and was not properly cleaned before we moved in. I removed a yellow gunk full of hair out from under the door that had been collecting for who knows how long.
Over all, I for the price it's not that bad, and a lot of the problems are just little things, but those can be solved with ease.

|Recommended: No2K For This — Neighbors CONSTANTLY make noise. No one ever picks up after their dogs. Horrid, foul smell from water. Staff is great. Only good thing about this horrible place is the staff. Would never recommend.

So far I am very impressed and happy with my choice. I am going to really like it here.

The staff are absolutely wonderful, the grounds are always clean and cared for, they let you enjoy your living space in peace. They really care about this community and it shows Ive been a renter most my life and this place is hands down one of the best overall Dealing with the staff can really affect your living experience and both times Ive lived here the staff have been incredible to work with Alex is fantastic and knows his stuff but really they all are. If you decide to move here please keep this place wonderful.

|Recommended: YesLove It Here — Bigger than your typical apt. With fireplaces. It's well kept up, maintained. And the staff is amazing. Always welcoming to help and ask questions. It has a beautiful pull and play area for the kids and dogs. I often walk to the park or village across the street. And have recommend it to a few friends
