The apartment was very clean when we arrived, which made settling in that much easier. The staff and maintenance team have been incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout the process. While our first maintenance request took a little time to be addressed, it was completely understandable because our issue was small, and I know they have to prioritize more important things, so it was no big deal at all. On top of that, the communication from both maintenance and the office was excellent, so thank you . One of our favorite parts about living here is the amazing amenities. There's so much to enjoy here, especially for families with kids We've toured several different communities, and my wife and I feel confident we made the right choice. We are so happy with where we ended up and excited to call this place home

All maintenance requests have been handled in a very timely manner and very professionally. The only thing I can really complain about is the walls are super thin, and that is not the property managers fault. As a property manager myself i understand how difficult it can be to handle tenants and the noise levels that come from them. When there has been an issue with noise after hours it is always handled very quickly and they even have a 3rd party that will come out and address the issue the same night. We truly have been enjoying our stay at the station apartment.

All of the staff is super nice and friendly. We are also very happy with the maintenance, we’ve had bad experiences in the past with maintenance at apartments but here they are very quick to get in and get things working again no matter how big or small the issue is.

Still haven’t had internet, and still getting charged for an “internet package” even though we will possibly never get to see the online without using our hotspot. Unacceptable. This issue should have been better thought out with whoever gave the green light on an out of state internet contractor.
