|Recommended: YesGreat Area To Live — The apartment unit itself is nice and appealing to the eyes. Lovely and modern. The island is the main eye catcher The living area is spacious and well placed. The patio is lovely and roomy. The parking can be difficult late at night near the buildings but easy during day hours. Maintenance is quick and patient. The staff are amazing and so kind The only disappointments are the carpeting quality misplaced boards and nails staples are surprising to bare feet and of course the work currently being done on the grounds particularly the sprinklers which is an eyesore for patio enjoyers.

|Recommended: YesPlace To Call Home — Place is warm and welcoming and has beautiful grounds around it, amenities are clean and easy to access. Rent is fair and the maintenance team is pretty darn good. Having a dog makes things somewhat stressful sometimes due to their separation anxiety. Constant worries of having them get a noise complaint while away. But they have nice walkways for walks and a neat dog park. Though after being separated from family, a house fire and 3 months of homelessness, and hard times for my dog and I both we have a place to call home thanks to the Station Apartments.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — We absolutely love living here. Tons of space and it's really nice to live in newer construction. The only thing we would comment on that could be improved is the grounds cleanliness. Our last apartment did DNA testing on pets to identify who isn't cleaning up after their pets and it was great as there was virtually nothing left behind. They had a 3 strikes policy, each strike carried a 250 fine and after the 3rd you received an eviction notice. It not only keeps the grounds cleaner but it also helps with pet health. A lot of deceases and worms are transmitted thru what they leave on the ground if you catch my meaning Other than that though there is nothing else that we would feel inclined to comment on. The kitchen is huge The bathrooms are also spacious Overall we just love living here
