|Recommended: YesFirst Year Was Enjoyable, On To The Next Year — First year here has been very enjoyable, and strangely enough, I haven't even taken advantage of the community pool yet For me the best part is proximity to lots of restaurants, Grocery stores, and Recreational places. WinCo is literally across the street, and numerous Fast Food places, Movie Theater, Walmart and Circus Trix are all within walking distance. Currently, the closest park is Lakeview Park that's just under 2 miles away.

We are happy to hear that the location of The Station has been such a convenience for you. There is so much to do around here, for sure! The pool will be open for a couple more weeks! We hope you are able to use it before the cold weather hits us. Keep in mind he hot tub is open year around as well!

|Recommended: YesA Great Place To Live — I absolutely loved living here with my boyfriend and cat We got the opportunity to buy a house and that is the only reason why we aren't signing a lease renewal. Everything from applying to live here, to living for 10 months, to moving out has been a wonderful experience. I love the staff that is here They are always so willing to help you at any moments notice. I had no problems with noise at all, I had an upstairs neighbor and only heard them maybe twice throughout my 10 months of living there. I love the way the apartments look They did such a great job picking out colors and counter tops. I was living in a high end apartment with they way it looked This is a great place to live and if you are looking for a place, stop looking because you found it It is right next to the freeway so it is easy to commute to Boise. Also, the movie theater is right there and a couple of shopping centers for clothes, decorations, groceries. It was a great experience living here.

|Recommended: YesPretty Nice — This is a pretty sweet apartment complex. The staff is super friendly and apartments are clean. The apartments aren't quite as noisy proof as I would like, but they might be better than other places. My only real complaint is people leaving dog poop everywhere. That isn't the apartments fault. There are plenty of designated dog areas and free poop bags. That doesn't seem help though.

|Recommended: YesA First Apartment That's Worth The Money — I think the apartments are awesome. Living right across the street from Winco is super convenient. I have lived in another apartment before this with my mother and it seemed like they just didn't care. Here, the apartments are in great condition, and an awesome place to live.

|Recommended: YesGood Amenities, Nice Place To Live. — The apartments are nice and the amenities a great. There are some minor construction issues that we have noticed, as if the apartments were finished quickly, and the neighbors can sometimes be loud, but overall it's a nice place to live. The staff are very helpful and it provides quick access to convenience stores, food, and the freeway.
