This is an apartment, and these apartments in particular are nothing short of fantastic. The available amenities, the quality of the apartments themselves, and the overall service is top notch

The staff is very helpful and the community of people are fun, friendly, and respectful of each other. |Recommended: YesBeautiful, Peaceful And Wonderful Staff — I love living here, it's in close proximity to everything I need on a regular basis e.g. WinCo, Walmart, etc. , the staff is welcoming and always pleasant to work with, and the complex is clean and quiet.

|Recommended: YesHome Sweet Apartment — Renting at the Station was the BEST decision. I love the appearance and layout of my apartment and the beautiful grounds of the property. The office staff is always very friendly and helpful. I have really enjoyed using all of the amenities especially using the workout room while my young son plays in the indoor playroom. The apartments are conveniently located to Starbucks, the movies and Jabbers and it is also very easy to get onto the freeway. I couldn't imagine myself living anywhere else

|Recommended: YesGood Place To Call Home — Like any apartment complex a person is bound to hear noises from the neighbors, however compared to other apartments it has been some what quieter. The only complaint that I have is I wish that my neighbors would not run through the breeze ways, that they would clean up their french fries off the breeze way and not run up and down the stairs. Inside my apartment, I can hardly hear my neighbors, seems the apartments themselves are insulated pretty good.

|Recommended: YesIt Is A Upscale Beautiful Complex — So far my experience has been positive. It is a beautiful place, great amenities and the location has all you need close by. Management has smiles and a helpful positive attitude. They respond quickly and so did the maintenance staff. It is new construction so a few minor issues that need to be addressed. That however is a separate company and the wait time is not affiliated with the Stations at Gateway staff. That being said, I expected this with new construction and working out the bugs. My only negative I have noticed is the sound. Although I expected that from an apartment complex, the level of sound that comes through the walls and outside is more than I expected for the quality of place and why I gave it a 2 star. This is not a deal breaker and just makes us all a little more conscious.
