Pinebrook is conveniently located which allows for easy access to Weber State University and I-15. Our community is just 30 minutes to Salt Lake City and 5 minutes to Downtown Ogden. Each apartment home was designed with extra square footage and additional storage to allow for more comfortable living. Pinebrook is employed by a professionally managed staff that will assist you in meeting your individual needs. Come home to Ogden’s nicest and most elegant apartment community!

I had an appointment in the morning and that same day I had the keys to the apartment. The apartment was clean, well maintained, and ready to move in. The property is between two main road, so, not surprisingly, there's some noise, but nothing unexpected for a place so centralized. Thanks Kimberly and other staff

|Recommended: YesBest Repairman — Indiana is a maintenace staff member and responded to fix clogged bathroom sinks. He quickly determined the problem and replaced and repaired the sink drain. He also discovered a slow leak that would have caused considerable damage over time. His strong work ethic, professionalism, and engaging personality make him an essential asset to Pinebrook Maitenance Staff. Honestly, give that guy a raise Best repairman ever

|Recommended: YesOh Pinebrook... — Pinebrook has be a wonderful place to stay for the past couple of years and we really have no complaints about the overall property. Grass is trimmed just about every week and snow shoveled during the winter. Haven't spent much time at the pool but my partner has and enjoyed it. Laundry machines are not reliable and the dryers might take a couple of cycles to full dry your clothes. Overall, Pinebrook is a decent place to live 3

|Recommended: YesVery Impressed With Pinebrook — I had to move kind of last minute. And Pinebrook was very willing to work with me, and always with a smile. From my first phone call to Pinebrook until now, I've been very pleased with pretty much everything.
I had a small leak in bathtub I noticed on move in day. I filled out a maintenance request and they were here the next morning and fixed the problem. Also, everyone has been very nice and welcoming to the community. I highly recommend Pinebrook to anyone looking for their next home.

She's always readily available to answer questions with a smile on her face. The maintenance staff is awesome. I've had very quick responses any time I've needed help or repairs. The complex is very clean and beautiful. All the amenities are top-notch for sure Thanks to all the staff for all your hard work and for making this such a lovely place to call home.
