|Recommended: NoHonest Review — Living here truly feels like a resort, until it doesn’t. Many rules that are put in place to protect residents, are not followed or enforced. While the staff is kind and respectful, they prioritize pool wrist bands over checking to make sure people are cleaning up after their pets, or being kind neighbors. The grassy area near the playground has been communicated to the community as a space off limits to animals, but is littered with dog poop and dead grass from dog pee. People are careless in the parking lots, despite the speed bumps, and often speed through the lot while residents are crossing the streets. There needs to be some form of shade above the playground, in the summer and spring it’s too hot to play on. The pool area is infested with ants, wasps, and bugs, even though we pay a fee every month for bugs to be sprayed and handled. The clubhouse is kept very clean, which is greatly appreciated. The staff is friendly and respectful always. Neighbors respect the quiet hours, although there is some noise which is to be expected. The community members themselves seem to have a culture of selfishness and don’t prioritize courtesy. There’s a majority that are kind and respectful, but enough of the members are rude or disrespectful to ruin it for the rest of the residents. Although there are aspects of the Grayhawk apartments that I really enjoy, the difficult aspects are to the point where I could not recommend living here. It’s overpriced, and overcrowded with rude people.

|Recommended: YesThe Best Apartment We’ve Had So Far — Noisy neighbors aside, I really don’t have any complaints. Sure I pay what my parents pay for a house, but that’s life. I really enjoy living here. The amenities are great and all the staff are extremely helpful. Both my wife and I are happy to be here.

|Recommended: YesDavid And Gary Were Awesome — David installed an ADA toilet for us, which was greatly needed. He even helped me bring in the new toilet. Kudos David. Gary helped out with what type of grab bars were needed. Gary assisted David in the finishing touches. Thanks guys it was so nice to have this done for my hubby. .It was all done in 1 day in a matter of hours as a matter of Fact. David and Gary helped us feel like part of the community. |Recommended: YesGreat Size Layouts — The layouts are some of the biggest for comparable apartments. Some suggestions to make it even better would be to have valet garbage included as well as some more modern amenities such as keyless or fob apartment entry and smart thermostat. Aside from these, it has been a great place to be. Neighbors have been friendly and the staff has been pretty awesome
