|Recommended: YesNice Property — Be very quiet. Neighbors don't like barking dogs. Will turn you in in a heartbeat Parking spaces are not big enough especially near the polls with the cover. There is a quiet time from 10pm -7am. And some neighbors push it to right at 10 pm, with no regard to those who go to bed before that. If you have a truck be care my neighbor likes putting their garbage in the bed of my truck. Maintenance personnel are on top of it. Front office staff is very friendly and personable.

|Recommended: YesParking — Everything about the apartment is amazing. The people, staff and homes. However, the parking is almost impossible. Even if you want to buy a parking spot there are none available and bringing a car seat and groceries etc so far to your apartment is rough especially when it’s very cold. It seems there are tons of handicap spots and I never see anyone park in them. There should be more available spots for families.

|Recommended: YesGreat Amenities And Great Maintenance. — We moved here from North Carolina a year ago. The Office staff was extremely helpful with our relocation move. They made us feel like this was home. Also , we have high praise for Ben the maintenance supervisor. He has always done his job professionally and efficiently. Greyhawk is extremely fortunate to have such a highly skilled employee. Ben is also a very personable guy and takes great pride in his work.

|Recommended: NoNice Apartments But Annoying Speedbumps — I've enjoyed the last few months living here overall, but the speedbumps are getting to me. They are WAY bigger than they need to be. You wouldn't think it'd be such a big deal, but it gets really old really fast. I will likely not renew just because it's such a pain everyday.
Thank you for your feedback Travis! The speedbumps were added due to numerous requests that people slow down. We were concerned for our residents safety as well as our staff. We observed too many near accidents that could have been fatal and had to try to resolve the issue. The speedbumps added were what the paving company recommended to us to make sure people were slowed down to prevent anyone from being hurt or heaven forbid, killed. I'm sorry that it is an inconvenience, but they have definitely done what they were installed for, which was to slow people down. Please call the office if you would like to discuss this further.
