submitted by Emil M. - |Recommended: YesClean, Fresh, And New...a Joy To Come Home To... — We've lived here since September 2018, and this is the first apartment we've lived in for over 25 years. The grounds and facilities are clean and beautiful, and a place we're glad to call home. There is currently Dec 2018 construction being done on the yet-to-be finished other apartment units, so it can be a little noisy at times, but that will soon end, and other than the construction noise that is expected, it's a nice, quiet community. The amenities are fantastic We enjoy the fitness area and equipment, steam room, sauna, and hot tub, and look forward to getting in the pool next season. The apartment itself is nicely designed, well-lit, and a comfortable home for us while living in St. George. I would definitely recommend Grayhawk apartments to my friends and family.

The staff is always available to help and very friendly. Although there are a few small things that could use improvement, overall we are satisfied and enjoy living here.
