|Recommended: YesWe Like The Property And Do Plan To Be Here For Some Time. — I would say that the maintenance is great, the pool is clean and the clubhouse is clean. The staff in the main office is nice and helpful, but could be more responsive. Air conditioner is way too loud.

|Recommended: YesGreat Location...close To Smith's Market Place And River Walk Trail. — I love the location, the buildings are nice and outside is relatively quiet. However, parking is very limited and causes constant headaches. The units are nice, but have horrible insulation. I can hear everything that my neighbors above me and next to me are doing. The A C unit is very loud and makes it impossible to hear the tv. The clubhouse and pool area are beautiful. Maintenance responds quickly and the office staff tries to be helpful. All in all, I really enjoy living here.

|Recommended: YesLove It Onlt One Complaint Air Conditioning Way Too Loud. — It is great. For the most part you do not hear much noise from apt to apt. The amenties are great and the staff is wonderful.

|Recommended: YesA Great Place To Call Home — This is a perfect place to call home The staff is always smiling and very helpful. The pool area and clubhouse make for a resort style living, with these we always having something to do. Parking can be a bit tricky, depending on the time of day. Oddly, the A C fan is a bit loud but we manage with surround sound speakers. We love seeing the dogs around and haven't had too much of a problem with the barking. Any problem we do have, the front office handles it in a timely manner. Overall, Grayhawk has been nothing but amazing It was easy to fall in love and call this place home

|Recommended: YesWe Love Living Here — The complex isn't perfect, but we do enjoy the perks of living here. The pool and amenities are what drew us here and we love using them. The walls are quite thin and you definitely hear your neighbors, though this hasn't been a major issue for us. It's nice to live in a brand new place, though there are a few areas that were clearly not designed well. The furnace AC unit is really loud in the living room area, which is really annoying in the summer when it is almost always running. It also doesn't circulate throughout the house well so in our 3 bedroom unit, our master bedroom is 2-5 degrees hotter than the setting on the thermastat while the other rooms feel perfect. The recycling trash for the entire complex is not nearly enough and there is usually SO much overflowing out of the dumpster area. With that being said, we do love being able to use the pool and hot tub, the kids love the park, and it's nice to have access to a gym with a play area for the kids, also. We have also enjoyed attending the monthly resident activities and the staff have been great to respond to needs and concerns in a timely manner. We are so glad they now have the covered parking finished

|Recommended: YesBest Apartments In St George — My wife and I love these apartments. They’re brand new, easy access to any part of town, and they’re pretty much perfect for what we wanted. The vaulted ceilings on the top floor definitely make the apartment feel way bigger than it already is, and it has plenty of storage for all the random stuff we have like our bikes, a rooftop box for our car, all of our clothes fit perfectly into our walk-in closet and there’s still more room through the apartment. Great place to live and the area is still growing around us so it just keeps getting better.
