|Recommended: YesAwesome Living Experience And Amazing Staff — I feel right at home at Concord and honestly couldn't be happier with the whole package- super friendly office management which is SO rare for apartment complexes , great amenities including a massive, a year-round hot tub and 24 7 gym and billiards , nice and efficient maintenance staff, and an overall very relaxed, happy, and welcoming property. I already have a friend moving here soon because they loved visiting my roommates and I so much

|Recommended: YesLovely Community — I really love living at Concord. It is a beautiful community and the units are brand new. The grounds, staff, and maintenance do a wonderful job making you feel comfortable and respond to concerns quickly and timely. The community location is awesome - just minutes from the movie theatre and community park. The view is gorgeous - you can see the mountains from your window. My only complaint is noise. You can hear your neighbors through the walls, but the noise usually lessens in the evenings. Overall - a great community that I highly recommend.

|Recommended: YesVery Clean And Professional — Fairly quiet atmosphere, professional staff, clean and maintained facilities. Sound insulation isn't the best, clatter from neighbors above can be heard easily.

|Recommended: YesIts Classy — its a classy place to live but the internet is really slow don't believe its 1 gig fiber internet it lags out a lot cant watch Netflix or hulu not a fan of the internet

|Recommended: YesReally Nice, And Really Expensive — Living at Genenva is fun because the apartments are new, nice, and modern. There is a nice hot tub, a gym that is large enough and has enough free weights to replace a gym membership, and it has open floorpans. However, there is a mandatory media package for 109 that is tacked on to your rent, and you end up paying for a bunch of smaller fees and utilities. Fun place to live though
