|Recommended: YesTo Live Or Let Live — This place is a nice new place to live. It has a great common area with a pool, jacuzzi, gym, pool table, laundry and tanning bed. There is club house and picnic tables and BBQ grills that you can use. The management is great to work with and are very responsive. They have a pet area and a park as well. The apartments and nice, clean, roomy and have a nice layout to them.
|Recommended: YesAn Apartment That Feels Like Home — I love living here. It's extremely hard to find an apartment that feels like home. The walls are thin and it's near the train but you get use to the train and everything else is so nice the thin walls dont really matter. I'm in love with the layout of the floor plan, the amenities and all the staff.
|Recommended: YesGreat Floor Plan And Design But Noise From Above Apartment — We like the layout of our apartment but wish it wasn't overlooking a parking lot. Neighbors above us play piano loudly at all times of the day and we can easily hear it in our apartment. Staff seem professional and courteous. Amenities are nice but not maintained as well as should be Laundry hot tub have needed maintenance for a long time and have not been attended to.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — Nice new apartments. We love the layout of the actual place 2 Bed 2 Bath . Feels cozy and comfortable. Staff is great and super helpful in time of need. Maintenance couldn't be faster. Staff will communicate with you to let you know if there is anything going on parties, problems, etc. . We really love living at Concord

|Recommended: YesGreat Complex, Sometimes A Little Slow On Getting Responses On Issues — This has been a great place to live....great location, great amenities, well-maintained.
I've had issues getting help with feedback on neighbor noise as well as getting someone added to my contract. But overall, I've enjoyed living here.

|Recommended: YesQuality Apartment Living But A Little Noisy. — Shortcomings in the noise level are made up for by the friendliness and professionalism of the office staff. Since this complex is next to the train tracks, you will definitely hear noise as trains approach. The maintenance people are a little slow to respond, and there are definitely problems with dog waste on the grounds. All those things aside, the apartment itself is beautiful. Couldn't be happier.

|Recommended: NoWorking Professional — I've have only been in this apartment for a few days now and have had some good and not so good experiences. Overall the staff has been excellent I cannot say enough about how great they have been. However, the noise level for the units near the train track is a little loud, and you can definitely hear your neighbors--but that is to be expected for apartment living. Maintenance has been sub-par i.e. still have issues with re-keying my storage unit, snow removal has been late, and move-in truck promised was broken down on the day of my move . Other than those few minor issues my experience could not be better. The overall construction is good, but I gave is 4 stars because there are some details that could be improved. Namely Insulation material around the water heater, conduit in ALL cubby holes for the units with the entertainment center, larger shelving in the bathtubs, and ice cube trays
|Recommended: YesThis Place Is Really Nice. — We love living here. It is way nicer than other apartments we have lived in. We have lived here for 6 months and on the few occasions we walk into the office they still remember us by name. They fix things really fast and are very friendly and helpful.
