We are sorry to here that you are having problems with parking. We have plenty of party through out our property, however promising front row parking is not possible. We do have the options to rent a reserved spot in which you would always get the same spot each time. We also have a deal going on for these spots as well. Let us know if you are interested.

|Recommended: YesMy First Apartment — This is the first move I’ve had, so take my thoughts with a grain of salt. The grounds look nice, the buildings look nice. Our bathroom door did not close and we had to call maintenance to get it fixed. One of our drawers in the kitchen sticks and it’s kinda annoying but it’s ok. There are lots of bugs outside, including pretty big spiders, and we’ve seen a couple ants and had to squish one big bug that got in, but I don’t know if Concord can control that. Rent is not great but I don’t have anything to compare it with, so it could be fine for the times. I don’t love living here but it’s also my first move.
Thank you for your honest review, the staff could submit an order for pest control to come visit your home and treat it. We would love to get that taken care for you.

|Recommended: NoDon't Do It — This place is disgusting. The staff don't really care. Trash is everywhere and I have pictures to prove it on the property grounds. I gave them a full security deposit of 1300 and they took everything and asking me for an extra 140. This place is a JOKE

I am really sorry you feel this way. They office would happily discuss all your concerns including the documentation of you dumping trash on our property. The staff here at Concord strive to make the property a beautiful place to live. In order to do that we also ask our residents to help by not dumping their trash for us to clean up. |Recommended: YesIncredibly Happy Resident — Overall - so happy to live here. I renewed my lease That really speaks volume doesn't it We have plenty of parking - easy to give your guest a park pass. The grounds are kept clean, detailed exterior cleaning of walkways, buildings and the lawns are green and very well kept beyond mowing . Maintenance is so helpful and kind - they don't make you feel like your just a job number and part of the normal day-to-day grind. Getting a issue resolved is super easy - you submit a ticket and it is placed immediately on the roster - I needed lightbulbs replaced due to an injury that kept me from getting on a step stool - they came the same day I put a ticket in My apartment or home as I refer to it -is just this. Looks and feels like a home. Built well. Noise... I live next to the playground on purpose. Not because I have small children daily but I do have grandkids who play . I love the laughter of a child and the excitement of climbing the steps, sliding and enjoy the sunshine and recently the rain. Many kids come outside and let them get drenched Splashed and played - this is life We need to enjoy it all. Occasionally I will hear the neighbor upstairs but we live in our homes. You cannot keep the noise timed perfectly to cross each other out. But the quality of the building does keep it down to a minimum and you don't hear conversations The most important part of this review to me is the property staff. They have a job to do. Place great people in an apartment home. Selection of residents and maintaining the care of the apartments goes beyond the checklist of routine maintenance checks - they care We get food trucks, ice cream treats and up-to-date information on the resident portal, resident app and via text message. If a common area has an update - we all know. Someone is at the office too Call - they pick up - email - they reply - When you are happy to pull into your covered parking spot and feel like your walking into your home -- this is what it's about- Wanting to be there If you are looking for a new place to live - Concord Geneva is truly one of the best places you could choose to reside. Plus who doesn't like a nice pool, hot tub, tanning and hello people - Billiards Great grills to enjoy outdoor cooking - club house to book and the gym.. . the GYM is epic. One of the biggest ever plus a giant 2 level play house behind a plexiglass wall. Sorry, no excuse you can't get on that treadmill - the kids can be watched And if you are not a parent you can enjoy the gym - the playroom is in a sound barrier section so every resident can feel welcome and comfortable to enjoy a workout. |Recommended: YesNoise — Our upstairs neighbors are WAY to loud. It goes on all night almost every night. We made a few complaints but they haven’t stopped.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful Property, But With Amenity And Feature Problems. — The apartments themselves are great for the most part. The treadmills in the gym need to be updated. The hours for the pool and hot tub need to be extended. 10 PM is too early . The pool table is useless unless you have your own pool cue because the provided ones are always broken. My specific apartment has a terribly low kitchen faucet and it's hard to wash pots and pans. Parking is only terrible if you have guests.
We are sorry to hear that the amenities are not up to par. We will have the treadmill looked at, we can not extend the pol hours due to noise ordinances. And unfortunately we have some people that are rough on out amenities and keep breaking out pool sticks. We do have some upgrade options if you want to look into a different faucet.

|Recommended: YesOverall I Like Living At The Concord Love The Pool Area Decent Size Dogs Park. — The property ground is very well kept - I do wish we will have a spot for our bikes and or strollers taking them up and down the stairs it is not practical - It will be nice to have a monitored place video camera were we can leave or bikes and strollers for people who will prefer not to take them up and down the stairs- It will be nice if also they provide a valet service for the trash - They cleaned the dog park couple times a week but in the summer it will be nice if they can do it every day or every other day bc of the fake grass just with water - It will be also very nice to have to have the water fountain back for our dogs in the summer -
Also it will be nice to have the visitor parking extended to 11pm or 12am instead of 10pm -

|Recommended: YesComfortable Place To Live — Living here is great except that you pay x amount in rent and the parking is so strict it’s a pain having guests over. I feel like I pay so much to live there but then I can’t host a family dinner because parking permits are really obnoxious then you are only given 10 parking passes before you have to pay them extra money to invite people over.
