|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — I moved in over a month ago, the apartment works for me. The location is right near the freeway. They have good amenities with pool, hot tub, gym. They will hold packages for you at the office. Staff are easy to work with and deal with. Fantastic community

|Recommended: NoIt Was Home, Until Rent Becametoo Much — this place was home to us for 6 years. I really don't have much to complain about it. only that maintenance will sometimes take to long to get things fixed or will have to fix them multiple times. my garbage disposal needed to be looked at twice because someone overlooked something, my dishwasher never worked correctly, even though they replaced it with a new one and it had to be looked at 3 times because someone overlooked something. I eventually had to leave because rent for a 2 bedroom was 1400 . in some places where you can get a 3 bedroom for that much. if i had a friend that was well off yes I would recommend it. but for a college student, either get roommates or find someplace else. there are just as nice places if not nicer for cheaper.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live For The Price. — Overall, it has been a good experience. The staff is friendly, and the maintenance has been timely. Parking is generally plentiful, but you may need to park further away from your apartment if you come home in the late evening. We did hear the neighbors above playing with their children regularly, but the sounds were generally pleasant for us.

Our apartment was freezing in the winter, sweltering in the summer. The master bedroom could never match the temperature the rest of the apt had AC Heat much less effective .
We could hear our neighbors too much they also heard us as well .
Apartment was greatly designed and felt very home-like.
Living close to train tracks was annoying, but became second nature soon enough.

|Recommended: YesLovely Place To Live Very Clean — I just dislike that the garbage is so far and the motorcycles take up all the closest parkings and the train is so loud and u can hear your neighbors conversation did not like that.but other then that very nice apartments never had a problem here at the concord at Geneva
