|Recommended: YesPet Waste Management — It would be nice to have pet potty stations with bags and garbage cans through out the property not one or two farthest away from a building in a very inconvenient location. Having pet pick up disposable station in the grass area around the complex would make people more likely to pick up their dogs poop.

|Recommended: YesSuitable — Nice people, nice area, nice staff. It could do with some upgrades though. New counter tops, newer fridges, perhaps less carpet, and more cabinets would be awesome. Other than some needed upgrades it's a nice living experience .

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — For a first time renter this place has been beyond expectations. The staff and maintenance crew are some of the friendliest people I’ve met. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The apartment unit itself is clean and easy to navigate. Initial issues were swiftly addressed by maintenance and now everything is perfect I would definitely recommend loving here for any person or family that needs their own space to grow and thrive on their own.
|Recommended: YesProfessional — As always, when problems do arise, and you bring it to their attention, they jump on it PDQ and it’s resolved in a professional manner… Staff is always nice to me. I have never had no problems with them however, I pay my rent on time so that’s all I can think of people saying negative stuff about these people because well maybe you can’t pay your bills, but I don’t have no problem With Hunters Point Apts

|Recommended: YesWe moved from an older apartment building that was nice, but this tops what we could have imagined or wanted As a 911 dispatcher for this city, I have the Opportunity to know the area and feel so safe in this complex. The amenities you get for the price is very fair, and all work wonderfully We couldn’t be happier here and look forward to raising our family in Hunters Pointe

|Recommended: YesEverything Is Great But The Parking Situation Could Be Better. — I really enjoy it here. The staff is very friendly and its just a great community all around, The only issue I have encountered is a parking issue. I live here with my brother and we both have our own vehicles, yet there is only one parking spot for us, and it is too tight of a fit for my brothers truck to fit in. This means that when he is home he has to park in the closest open parking spot which is almost always around the corner and a good ways away to have to carry heavy things. Other than that everything has been great and I couldnt say theirs much to complain about.
