I've lived in 5 different apartments in three different states and have now worked at two of them. I do enjoy my co-workers and the residents here are pretty great. I love the views but then again St. George is beautiful and its difficult to find a bad view. All apartments have issues and it would be irresponsible to say otherwise. When I moved here in December of 2021 I looked at a lot of complexes in town and honestly found Grayhawk to be what fit me and my family the best. they do have great amenities and my apartment and view is amazing. I have noticed that parking for some residents is a bit rough but that is due to land and space confinements. St. George is a very fast growing town and land is being bought up and developed at an extremely fast rate. The proximity to living essentials, I.e. Grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, car washes, hospitals and even freeway access is prefect, I don't have to drive very far at all. Come and take a look for yourself, you'll definitely be greeted by a very friendly staff.

|Recommended: YesA Beautiful, Clean And Orderly Area — I really enjoy living here The options of amenities are awesome, people are kind and the management is quick and swift when asking questions or to help solve any issues or problems that may arise. They are on top of keeping the area and property clean and I enjoy how events are thrown to bring the community together. But guest parking is difficult and limited to the street, so I do wish that there was more guest parking or a parking lot just for guest parking. But I do know there is limited space so they work with what they have.

|Recommended: YesPeaceful Clean Facility — Living at Grayhawk is a nice place to live. People here are friendly and quiet. I do not encounter any issues with any of the neighbors. I have two children and a dog who can be loud and rambunctious, but the neighbors do not take issue with this. I also rarely hear the neighbors. Overall, it is a peaceful place to live.

|Recommended: YesVery Nice Complex, We Really Enjoy It — The apartment itself is very nice, good size, nice kitchen and it just plain looks good. The amenities are even better, such an awesome pool hot tub and the many seating areas outside to hang out with friends and family. The gym has everything you need to get a good workout in. And my boys and I enjoy playing a little pool and shuffleboard while watching a ball game. Having a pet friendly apartment complex is awesome and the friends my dog has been able to meet at the complex's dog park has been such a benefit.

|Recommended: YesReview Of Grayhawk Apartment Complex — This is a very modern, clean, and quiet place to live. We love all the amenities and the pool facilities. Mail and laundry services are easy to access and the parking is maintained to our satisfaction. Pet cleanup seems to be a problem on the landscaping, but overall the complex is great and we would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment.
