|Recommended: YesThe Bad Reviews Are Lies. Great Place To Live — Great place to live being close by everything. Plenty of space and everyone is very nice. Maintenance team is top notch on fixing any issues in a timely manner. Great floor plan for the apartment design. All the staff are friendly and professional and have been of great assistance to all my questions.

4 Only one garbage recycle area for all buildings

|Recommended: YesA Couple Quirks, But A Fantastic Place To Live — We love living here so far The apartment feels modern but also feels cozy. The layout is great and you can tell maintenance takes care of the property. There are a few small quirks, however. First, the air conditioner is VERY loud. There's nothing that can be done, it was just the way the apartments were designed built. It's annoying, but you get used to turning up the TV really loud while it's going. The other small issue is parking. With not many parking spots it becomes difficult to find parking and sometimes get groceries to your car. Thank goodness we're on a bottom floor or else it would be ROUGH. Overall, we LOVE living here. The pool and amenities are great and it really feels like a home instead of an apartment. I'd absolutely recommend Grayhawk to others.

|Recommended: YesGreat Property, Beautiful Grounds. — Located across the street from the Virgin River and Virgin River bike hiking trail in one direction, convenience of a shopping center groceries, hardware store, dry cleaner, gas station, places to eat across the street in another. The staff, particularly assistant manager Christina Stoddard, is friendly and professional and addresses concerns promptly. Grayhawk is a great place to live

|Recommended: NoI am moving out today and am so relieved. Let me first of all so that the maintainence staff is friendly and does a nice job. They keep the place clean and are good about responding to things. The manager is pretty good about returning messages and taking care of easy questions and concerns. these apartments generally don't have elevators and don't include washers and dryers in the units unlike every other new apartment complex in the area. Real inconvienences. And they will nickel and dime you on everything. They provide a white security card that is easy to lose and lots of times doesn't work. The office staff will likely make you jump thru hoops to get approved where generally I have gotten approved within a few minutes. One gets the impression that you are bothering them if you ask for something. My god we pay a lot or rent. They should be asking what can I help you with and not portaying that they are to busy and you are bothering them.

I apologize if we have ever made you feel that you were inconveniencing any of our staff. The residents are the reason we are here, to assist you with anything that you might need while you live here and we want everyone to stay as long as possible. Customer service is very important to us. We do provide washer and dryers in some of the units, but have found that some people like to bring their own machines and so we try to cater to both needs. We do conduct a thorough background and rental history verification to try to make sure that we are renting to good quality residents which does take us sometimes a little bit longer. As you know sometimes this does not help, but we try our best. Their response time was quick and I was able to do most of it online. Upon move in my apartment was clean and anything I needed the staff and maintenance team was there to help I am looking forward to living here and using all the amenities Grayhawk at Rivers Edge has to offer.
