|Recommended: YesThis Is Home — Living at Grayhawk has been a relief. I know that I can rely on the staff if we ever need to have a request made. It really feels like home here. Walking through the doors of our apartment brings such a comfort. The grounds are clean, the neighbors we have met are nice and knowing that our fur child is happy makes all the more difference. The maintenance and grounds keepers have been great to get to know and are always so friendly. Things get done around here and it shows in the upkeep of the grounds the integrity of the office staff. More than anything we feel at peace here and love it.

|Recommended: YesI Love Living Here. — Its great and such a fun atmosphere. It is a tad bit higher priced but if you can swing it.. i did it. I hate being able to hear footsteps upstairs and their toilet flushing all hours of the night. On top of the dogs whimpering next door waking up my kids from bed. But other than that i love it here.

|Recommended: NoWay To Over Priced — Spending nearly 2000 for a 2 bedroom apartment that were cheaply built was a huge let down. The drawers come off the tracking ALL the time. Parking is a joke. I paid for a parking pass only to be told I can’t even park in the parking lot or my car will be towed. Management is kind of a joke. They gave my paperwork saying how to do things only to be told by management that we can’t do those things because it’s already going to be taken out of our security deposit. We scheduled appointments only to not be shown up on. This place only cares about money. Money money money. I liked all the amenities though. You are playing a lot for those so I guess it balanced out. Just wish management put a little more care into their occupants and didn’t charge up the ass for such little apartments. It was an alright experience but I’m glad I’m moving out.

|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments — I really love my apartment. I like the updated kitchen style and the amount of space I have. I really enjoy walking around the community with my dog and all of the neighbors seem very friendly. Noise isn't too bad, though I do hear my neighbors pretty well through the walls. I like the look of the grounds though a few people don't clean up after their pets which causes some areas to smell. The management are great and maintenance is excellent. Overall, this is in my top 5 places I've lived.

|Recommended: YesOverall Good Apartment But Something Needs To Be Improved. — The apartment is designed well but parking spots is really hard to find if you arrive late home.

|Recommended: YesI Am Pleased With The Property In General. — I would tell anyone who is asking about living here that it is a great community. The only things that I think that need some attention would be the parking issue and the fact that parking costs, as it should be included without charge.
I would also like to see more effort put towards improving the dog park by additional seating and shade and getting rid of the rocks.
I do however love and enjoy all the amenitites and appreciate all of the on site employees that are so friendly and willing to help when needed.

|Recommended: YesGood Place To Live With A Few Hiccups — You can tell things were built to save money not to have high quality. A lot of things in the apartment break with minimal use. You can hear everyone around u in the other apartments. The ac is way too loud
