|Recommended: Yes Beautiful, Efficient, Professional — Management is always kind and courteous. The grounds are always kept beautiful and maintenance has always been within 24 hours. Neighbors are also great and not trashy .

|Recommended: YesI Love Living At The Concord — I think Vineyard in general is a great place to live and that Concord is the best apartment option in the township. I love how homey and welcoming the apartment complex feels. I was originally going to sign at the Alloy, but the employees and general feel of Concord was much more comforting-- so I ended up here

|Recommended: YesSo Far, So Good — I have only been here a month, but so far, so good. I really like the spaciousness of my apartment and balcony and love my view of Mt. Timpanogos. Happy the staff worked with me to find an apartment that best suited my needs. Sometimes I do hear the neighbors above or to the side of me, but it is minimal and doesn't extend happen often. The only design element I dont like is the shag carpet. I enjoy having access to the fitness room, pool and hot tub even it the hot tub is often overrun with little kids that treat it like a kiddie pool with toys and floaties as their parents sit in the cabana oblivious of what is going on. I shopped around quite a lot before choosing The Concord and am happy I made the move.

|Recommended: YesOpen And Honest — The contracts are very thorough and completely transparent. No hidden fees, and the management is very easy to communicate with. However be warned that if you are planning on having multiple roommates, you are only allowed two parking permits, no negotiation. This has been frustrating with an apartment of four college students with busy schedules. The walls are also very thin, and can be noisy in common areas, but bedroom areas are located on the outside of the building and have been nice and quiet. But besides that, it has been a very pleasant experience, and very exceptional quality for a reasonable price.

|Recommended: YesI Honestly Love Living Here — I honestly love living here. The space is wonderful, and accommodations by the staff are made so quickly and graciously. The air conditioner is a little loud, and I feel like I hear my neighbors a little but it hasn't ever been disruptive. I love the location extremely quick to get on the 15 and would recommend living here to my good friends.

|Recommended: YesGreat Experience For Great Price — New apartments with plenty of parking never have to go to far to find a spot to park in. The amenities are incredible, and they clean the common areas and the outsides of the apartment regularly. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. Only complaint is that neighbors are fairly to easy to hear. Price is reasonable and what you would expect from the area, but very high quality.
