|Recommended: YesLove The Design Of My Apt And Family Friendly Feel — I love the friendly staff and the family friendly activities. The pool is large enough for the children and the parents to have fun during the summer months and the hot tub is open year round. It's been a great experience for me. The only negative is when you get loud tenants above you. I get a good feeling living here and I'm considering extending my lease for the 2nd time. I made a great choice when I chose Concord apts and I've made some wonderful people who also live here. And any repairs needed have been done in a friendly timely manner. I have been well pleased with the care they have given me.

|Recommended: YesPeaceful And Friendly Environment — My family and I have lived at the Concords for about 4 months it has a very peaceful and friendly environment there, I feel that one of the reasons for this is the amazing employees that they have working for them, if I have ever been in need of anything the staff goes the extra mile to help me out.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful Cozy Apartments With Amazing Staff — I love it here and the staff is amazing My only complaint is the noise coming from the neighbors in all directions but I do believe some of that is just the people nothing really to do with the apartment. I love that it is not to busy and well maintained. The amenities are great and the location rocks
