|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — So many amenities Just wish there that we could have a covered parking included in rent and there was a dog park garbage in each back corner of the complex or a more central. But, still love the place.

|Recommended: YesPleasant Neighborhood, Great Home — I love the friendly atmosphere. Everywhere you walk throughout the community you can find a friendly face. My kids love the pool area, playhouse in the gym, and the outdoor park. I love walking our dog and letting her play at the fenced off dog park.
I do wish there were more than one dumpster for the complex. While I love that it's dog friendly, there could be a little bit better sound proofing in the units to accommodate for the barking.

|Recommended: YesOverall A Pleasant Place To Live. — Overall one of the nicer apartments in the area, if you don't mind the slightly rushed looking fixtures and crooked outlet plates. Like, did the contractors who built the complex even know what a level is Either way not a huge deal, unless it is. The property is well maintained, though it could definitely use additional trash disposal facilities. I believe that's something the management is currently working on though.

I love the grounds and the fact that the hot tub is open year round. I also really like the layout of the apartments themselves. They are extremely nice and I love living at the concord.

|Recommended: YesGreat Location, Staff, And Clubhouse Amenties — I don't mind living here. It's an apartment...you going to hear someone above you or below you. Your going to have to take your trash out wherever it maybe. Up the road a little or a building away if your lucky. The staff is super great and friendly. Its always nice to attend the parties the staff holds for the holidays. The pool and gym have always been clean. Unfortunately if you have kids who like to play out in the grass I wouldn't recommend it. The large areas of grass often have dogs going to the bathroom on it and not all the residents pick up after their dogs, but the majority of them do. My family has lived here for 8 months and we plan to stay a little while. Again, were not picky so if you like to complain about every little thing you should probably rent out a house....

|Recommended: YesGreatest Apartment We've Had Yet — I will say, moving all of your stuff up four flights of stairs is difficult, but it was so worth it Love our apartment with vaulted ceilings, granite countertops, updated appliances in comparison to our old apartment . The wood vinyl floor is a great touch. Makes you feel like you're living in a higher-end place... Out of all the apartments I've lived in I love this one. My only complaint is the noise bleeds through the walls like none other... I can hear the person behind our wall in our bedroom talking on his phone late at night, and the people below us have a screaming baby that wakes me up sometimes... and I can hear the husband and wife talk a lot LOL. Granted it's all muffled but still loud... I feel like in that regard there is no privacy, but other than that it's absolutely fantastic.
|Recommended: YesDog Poop — People are NOT policing their dogs when they take them out to the bathroom. It's not Concord's fault. It's the tenants' fault. The grounds and maintenance people are doing their best, but it shouldn't be their job in the first place. It's the responsibility of the tenant. BTW, I have a dog and ALWAYS clean up after he does his business. Recommend the following
- 1st offense 100.00 fine
- 2nd offense 250.00 fine
- 3rd offense Subject to Eviction
Cortney, Thank you for addressing this issue. You are right, it is the pet owners responsibility to pick up after their dogs and we do have procedures in place for that if there they are not following the rules. If you witness anyone not picking up after their pet please give us a description of the individual and the pet and we will address with them. We do give a written first warning and then if there is a second violation we start assessing fines.
