|Recommended: YesVery Pleasant Housing And Helpful Staff. — A very nice apartment complex. People are nice and staff and management are very kind and helpful. Being near the train tracks took some time getting used to but isn't so bad now. Can hear neighbors but mostly only when moving things or they walk a little too hard. This is pretty normal for apartment living though.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — My wife and I love it here. We have lived a few other places and none of them have been very good. When we were looking to move we were very careful to choose a place we would enjoy. Concord has great amenities and is the cheapest per square foot of all the new apartments around.

|Recommended: YesAmazing, Exemplary — This property is one of the best I have ever seen in America. Staff, Management people are so nice, loving and caring and they always make a personal connect which in turn make an impact on each family in a positive manner.
We really like Manager - Nicole and other staff members. They always pay attention to our concern.
Only thing to note, we might have to enforce the families with pet to control their pets not doing pup in front of other units. If they do, their care taker should make a point to clear it out. Care takers are taking it for granted and not cleaning their dogs pup.

|Recommended: YesOverall Great Place To Live... — Pros Clean, new, staff is excellent. Great facilities workout room pool hot tub etc.
Cons Close to train tracks, so noise and shaking is common. Apartments are well built, so the noise levels are just from noisier than average neighbors. Parking can be difficult, especially for guests.

Tamir- Thank you for the review. I apologize about the dog feces, our maintenance guys are constantly walking the grounds to clean up, but the task is time consuming. It is the pet owners responsibility to clean up after their pet, and it would greatly help us if they did. If you happen to see anyone not picking up after their dog we would appreciate a phone call of the description of the dog and owner so we can address it with them immediately. We want Concord to remain a beautiful property and it takes all of us to do so. |Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live. — Only thing that we don't like is that where are apartment is located when it's windy all of the screens on the windows rattle in our apartment it keeps us up at night when it's windy.

|Recommended: YesPerfect Apartment For Beginning — I think this place is perfect for people who need a place for beginning and good for up to three roommate for student or affordable to live for three roommate.
I give five stars because I am deaf and I can't hear anything. I removed one star because of train cause my bedroom and office shake.

|Recommended: NoTerrible Service, Noisy Walls, Garbage, And Parking — When we moved in we asked the office what the rules for guest parking were, we were told by the office that our guests could park anywhere alongside the back fence. Our guests just got towed because apparently there's a second rule they didn't tell us about that guests can't stay past 10 00pm on the weekdays. There were NO signs posted stating this And we payed 200 for this misinformed mistake. They also have one garbage dump area for the whole facility and believe me it is a pain in the butt having to drive your garbage over every time to dump it. There's also no where to go on a walk to. It's like your living on an island. If you're a mom that likes to take walks, think really hard before you move here My third complaint is that when they sold us the contract the person said that the walls were super thick and we would rarely hear our neighbors. These are some of the thinnest walls ever and I have lived in a lot of places If you want a good nights rest choose the top floor
Carissa, thank you for the review, we appreciate all feedback that we receive so we can improve our services to our residents. I am sorry to hear that your guest was towed. When we updated the parking policy we sent out an email to all the residents on October 17th and we also sent out flyers to every apartment on October 17th, 19th and 21st and posted in our newsletter. If you have any suggestion on how we could have better informed I would love that feedback so we can possibly use in the future. With the garbage would you be willing to pay for a trash valet service? We are conducting a survey to see all who would be interested and how much you would be willing to pay for that. Several apartment communities in the area require that and we are seeing if that is something our residents would be interested in.
