|Recommended: YesGood Apartments — I've really enjoyed living here. The biggest issue I had was with finding parking and that has been improved a great deal, although still not perfect, assigned spaces and a visitor section would be ideal . Besides parking, the facilities have been well maintained for the most part and I've had no issues with my apartment itself.

|Recommended: YesA Quiet Community With All The Amenities You'll Ever Want — This place is pretty great. I never hear my neighbors, which is amazing. They offer every amenity you can think of pool, billiards, tanning, laundry, a gym, and more . Plus the staff is so friendly and willing to help you in any way that you need.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful Property, A Bit Expensive But A Nice Place To Live. — We can hear our neighbors often and some of the workmanship seems a tad shoddy, but otherwise it's a beautiful property with great amenities and we enjoy living here.
|Recommended: YesReview Title — I love living here, I feel like Bach lacked oversight on the project since there are weird things we deal with like the poor insulation job, the sensitivity of the HVAC system, and just the general inefficiency of the appliances.
However, I have never in my life had such positive, relaxing meetings with property management. Everyone in the office, especially Krystal, has shown a keen interest in making sure I as a customer, and community member am taken care of. The maintenence crew does not fall short either, they have been very respectful of space, and are always on time for repairs. They have also helped me with little odd jobs like fixing a flat on an old rusty landcuiser. I've had a great experience here, and I would recommend it to anyone I know
