|Recommended: YesLiving At Concord — Living here is really nice. It is only one year old now so everything brand new. The people in the leasing office are always very helpful with whatever you need. When you have a problem that maintenance needs to fix, they fix it right away. Overall, I love living here.

|Recommended: YesReview From A Current Tenent — We moved here in the 1st week of march so we haven't been here long. So this review is based off of what I have experienced so far. you may not see a lot of 5 5 because for me to get a 5 5 there needs to be a wow factor. Something that is unique and it blows your socks off. so here it goes
Me and my husband work late, so usually when we get home parking is such a hassle. Its difficult to get a spot that is right at our front door, and most times we have to park maybe a few feet from our building. it honesty its not bad. only once since we moved here we had to park in the way back but that has only happened once. They do have reserved parking, garages, and covered parking. they all cost extra min being 15 max being 100. Im just to cheap to get reserved parking so parking wise i give it 3 5 stars.
I sometimes hear the neighbors but only happens when they are really loud which is rare like a baby crying it's what they do . I can hear them walking but i don't mind it. so i give noise 4 5. for being quiet enough it doesn't annoy me.
grounds, landscape, office, rooms are gorgeous, and everyone does their part in keeping it that way. Hot tub is my favorite commodity, the fitness center is convenient. Although i think they need to add a punching bag there are a few flaws right now but they are trying to remedy that as we speak, and it is looking much better. so i give the grounds 4 5 stars.
I havn't had a maintenance issue yet so i havn't asked for anyone to fix anything. so right now is 5 5 for not having to ask in the first place

Overall i would give this apartment complex a 4 5 star rating. The rent is reasonable. somethings can get expensive but the staff will help you find ways to help you save money. Best of all this place allows pets in some of their apartments. Thats a big deal for me.They have discounts of all sorts. anything from students, to seniors, and military. you also get a referral bonus if you refer a friend. So if your looking for a nice place to live. come visit here, you might find what your looking for.

|Recommended: NoI'm Not To Happy — I would tell them their car would get towed with because you parked in a handicap spot with out proper signage. They would hear every conversation that every neighbor has as well as get noise complaints at 2 pm in the afternoon. I would not recommend concord to anyone. I had a one year lease and I am very un happy with this institution.
|Recommended: YesEveryone Should Live Here — I have really enjoyed living here at Concord at Geneva The grounds are beautiful, the staff is incredible and the facilities are amazing. I could not have asked for a better community to live in. Everyone I pass on my way throughout the complex has been super sociable and kind It's a wonderful and comforting feeling. Thank you for everything you have done Concord staff to make my stay here so wonderful. I always look forward to the newsletters and any of the community events held in the clubhouse. |Recommended: YesThe Grounds Look Great — The grounds look great but the parking is tough. I can hear my neighbors walking around and the fixtures are inexpensive. Maintenance has been great. The management staff was very helpful when I needed to make changes to my lease and housing arrangements.
