The staff may take some time to get back to you on certain things, but they are knowledgeable about the property.

|Recommended: YesHappy With Property And Team — I think the property is great and the team does a great job dealing with all the crap people leave. It is totally dissapointing to see how people treat the trash compactor and take no responsibility. It is unfortunate that the team has to clean up after them but i applaude their efforts.

|Recommended: YesFantastic - Best Place In Utah County — If you ever wanted to find a place that feels like home, maintenance needs handled at any given time, security of knowing your home is guarded, then Concords Geneva is your place to live. The amenities are incredible and they don't add on dollars for every nice thing you see and hear. It is base rent to get you here and then add this and this and then you are like, how do I afford this Well living here, what they say rent is - IS RENT. No lies, no hidden agenda and they care about you. Not just some of the residents, every resident. YOU. I love this I plan to stay for several years and the home is beautiful. Grounds are well kept and walked at least once a day. If you leave a message or have questions, they answer you, with kindness and understanding. They want you to be happy at home. That is their goal and isn't it ours too It is mine and I am HAPPY AT HOME Now.. hurry and rent your home today.

|Recommended: YesIt's Nice — Overall, I really like living here. Occasionally I can hear my neighbors, but that's apartment living for ya. Sometimes it's hard to find parking that is close to my apartment but I there are three buildings that potentially share the same line of parking. I have noticed that the outlets aren't lined up correctly so sometimes it takes a minute of trying to actually get anything plugged in. My biggest complaint is the dogs. At any time I can hear at least one dog barking, whether it's from my neighbors dogs who bark ALL THE TIME, or dogs that are outside for a walk with their owner. It's also hard to enjoy the grassy areas because people don't pick up after their dogs and the grass always seems to be dead. However, the people in the office and the maintenance staff are very nice and I do enjoy my apartment and the size of it.

|Recommended: YesAwesome Apartments And Great Amenities — This complex has been awesome to live at. We love the amenities that they offer and the apartment itself is fantastic.
The staff are always very helpful and have been able to get us answers really quickly. We have had great experiences all around.
The amenities are awesome, pool, hot tub, gym, billiards room, and clubhouse are all clean and new. We really enjoy the kids' room in the gym so we can place our daughter in there and watch her as we exercise.
Overall a great complex to live at.

|Recommended: YesI Love It Here. — This place is almost like a resort. So clean and beautiful and well maintained. Every part is well landscaped and beautiful plants and well laid sparkling gravel beds full of fascinating rocks. And then there are the amenities. There is a nice gym area, a pool room, and a club house, but outshining them all is the pool itself, made all of graceful curves and set with plenty of seating, covered and uncovered, a lovely year round hot tub, and grills. A perfect setting for a family gathering or party, surrounded by glorious roses in the summer months. The apartments themselves are well made with high ceilings that make it feel open and free, and even better for us, the whole place is designed to be allergy friendly. All the paints and carpets and other construction materials used were those that are most healthy meaning all the unpleasant chemicals that new buildings are already long gone despite how new it is, and them repainting between renters. For my mom with severe allergies this place was a gift, not only safe for her allergies, but a beautiful and uplifting setting as well. We looked out the window when we moved in and said it was like living at a resort and many months later, we still do.
