|Recommended: YesVery Nice — Love everything about this appartment complex. My only complaint is noisy neighbors walls are thin and the parking is not monitored very well, I see people without parking passes there after hours without consequences.

|Recommended: YesI Love It — I know I marked down the stars for noise, but it's an apartment, after all There are people around. If there were solid cement walls between all of the apartments, and above and below, then maybe there wouldn't be a problem. Except for a couple of instances, it's usually quieted down at a decent time. By noise, it's the beat of a stereo, a dog running around, and toilets flushing...nothing like listening to a busy street I do feel like I'm living in as close to my own home as I could be. I'm happy to be here

|Recommended: YesI Think Concord At Geneva Is Cozy, Quiet And A Nice Place To Live — I think this place is a nice place to live except for all the dog poop. The maintenance cleans up VERY well, but for some reason SOME PEOPLE that live here do NOT think that it is their job to clean after their dog I always keep 2 or 3 bags with me because I never know how often my LAB will have to go... I think it is VERY disgusting and it is NOT fair that the ones myself included have to watch where we walk because of the ones who DO NOT CARE of others.... Also, off that subject Is there anyway I could get my water pressure turned up When I shower, it feels like I am being sprayed with a squirt bottle....

|Recommended: YesI Like It — Residents have a hard time cleaning up their dogs poop. Can hear residents opening and slamming shut their kitchen drawers. But overall I enjoy living here.

|Recommended: YesHandled Very Professionally, Good Pricing — The price is good, you can have pets, the office girls are really friendly, the maintence is really quick, only downside is that sometimes neighbors are loud, not often but sometimes. Otherwise its an awesome place to live, parking is usually good, only ever had one issue where it was full. Inside is really nice.
