|Recommended: YesIt's So Great And Aboslutely Beatiful. — I would tell them that the staff is amazing, the amenities are amazing, my apartment is so beautiful it has more of a house feel than an apartment. It is an overall great place to live.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — My husband and I often talk about how this is the best apartment complex we've ever lived in The grounds are nice, the layout is wonderful, and the staff are very kind and helpful My daughter absolutely loves the park, the pool, and the play area in the gym A few issues we've seen have been trash. When my husband takes out the trash it takes him a while because people leave their trash outside of the compactor and he puts it in for them. It's frustrated him, but he feels badly leaving it when he knows it's a problem. The parking has gotten better since we've moved here. I don't know if that's because it's summer and so people are traveling or because people have moved out, but it was hard to find parking near our complex when we first moved in. But that, again, has improved since summer has started.

Regular apartment living concerns, like load neighbors and less parking. But nothing out of the ordinary, or too excessive. The staff has been nothing but kind and helpful. Everyone is always smiling and friendly. We have loved it so far

|Recommended: YesOverall Pleasant Living Experience — Quiet and safe. Floor plans make sense and are functional. Premium units guarantee that you get the most updated modern living experience and decor style. Overall happy with amenities and personal parking. One grievance We consistently had was that no guests were allowed after 10pm because the tow trucks came at that time. It made it very hard to have friends and family over in the evening. Always felt like a ticking timer when we needed to kick them out because they might get towed or booted. You can’t always predict who will come to visit after business hours, and what car they will drive. If the office was closed- no parking pass for you. Any minor or major issues experienced here were resolved within reason. The only thing that didn’t make sense was the trash compactor. It never worked and was always full. Property needs to have a second trash can. It was terrible having to build up trash all week and drive it over to the opposite side of the property. It is not functional or tenant-friendly to have only one trash can. The door is very difficult to open, and I cut myself twice by a metal crumb-like piece on the lock itself. Maintenance did grind or sand that piece off though eventually. Often could not get it open, or it was too full to use. Maintenance team is excellent. Travis is very personable and knowledgeable. He can fix anything and is really cool to get to know. Good and safe part of town.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — We love it at concord Noise is not abnormal in apartments and Concord noise level is well maintained. Neighbors are respectful. Staff are so awesome All the amenities are great I only wish there was a steam room.

|Recommended: YesWe Have Been Happy With Our Experience. The Only Thing We Would Change Is The Lack Of Parking. — It's been wonderful. The only thing that has been difficult is the lack of parking and the inconvenience of the parking policy. If you're not careful, you could easily wind up having your car booted.
