|Recommended: YesGood Living Experience, No Real Complaints — The complex has been great. It's usually pretty quiet. We have a couple neighbors with young babies so on occasion we hear screaming kids, but other than that, it's been great. My only real issue is that occasionally the parking near my building fills up quickly but that is partially the location of where we are within the complex. I've never had issues finding parking overall.

|Recommended: YesHomey, Friendly Environment With All The Necessary Amenities Plus More. — It's a really homey place. The extra amenities are a plus and some available all year round. The grounds and environment is beautiful especially with the mountains right in view. There is plenty of parking so having guests over is easy. The areas belonging to the apartment is well maintained during all seasons.

|Recommended: YesOverall I Think This Place Is Better Than Most. — I'd say that it was in a great location. The management is on top of things and they're reasonable, nice and competent. I liked the layout and the amenities are nice.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — The location is phenomenal and the amenities are awesome. Our apartment faces the pool and unless we have our balcony or a window open you can't hear a thing from the outside. Parking is a little sparse, especially on weekends, but overall it's a great place.

|Recommended: YesI Love It — We've been living here for 5 weeks now and I absolutely love it a lot of people complain about the parking, the train, being able to hear every conversation their neighbors are having and the dog poop. I honestly have no issue with any of it. I guess it depends where you live to be having those issues, parking is very limited in the inner parts of the apartment complexs by the activity center but everywhere else there is plenty of parking, unless you get off work around 11pm when everyone else is home, it may be a little tricky but i always manage to park where i like. the train is a little loud at times and vibrates the ground every once in a while but I'm sure its nothing to the people on the east side of the apartments, I guess we'll see how i feel about it in a few months Ha . Our neighbors are great and haven't had any issues with loudness. the dog poop issue is non existent on our side, great owners I'm very glad the manager has decided to resod the grass as well, it looked a little ugly from all the dead spots prior. All the amenties, management team and apartment itself are awesome, Love living here

|Recommended: YesBest Apartment I've Ever Had — I have spent the last 6 years bouncing from apartment to apartment each year and I am so grateful to finally have found Concord. My favorite part are the amenities. I have never worked out more in my life 24 hr facilities , I LOVE the hot tub because the temperature is actually HOT, unlimited Coke products is awesome, and the tanning bed is super nice And of course our apartment is really nice and makes you feel like you're living in a fancy hotel.
I will note that you will not usually get a parking spot right by your building, but I have at least always gotten a parking spot really close to my building so it doesn't bother me. I can hear my neighbors when they are pounding the base, but that's to be expected and rude on their part . The grounds would be great if all the people with pets would have their dogs pee on the rocks instead of the grass. Construction is great, Maintenance is fast and great, Staff are awesome, and Overall I am just really really happy here.

|Recommended: YesI Think This Property Is Managed Wonderfully And This Is The Best Place We Have Lived In The Past 5 Years. — Living here is wonderful. I will choose to visit the front office at times just to chat. They are so friendly and professional. The maintenance teams work is fabulous. I recommend living here to everyone I can. Our neighbors have always been friendly and the location of Concord has been a major selling point for us. There are so many new communities popping up around here that we love our surrounding views, walks, and the access to the freeway.
