|Recommended: YesLoeffler Review — The office staff is wonderful and the complex itself is great too. Being a new tenant, I don’t want to be too quick to complain about the construction. However, I can easily see how tenants who have lived here longer are frustrated. I did get a flat tire on my move in day due to a nail, but I suppose that can happen near any construction site. Overall I’m pleased, but looking forward to seeing the finished product. I understand and hope others can as well, that the staff is basically at the mercy of the construction mess.

|Recommended: NoThe single dumpster that is supposed to be for ELEVEN buildings is always overflowing, broken, or emitting a foul smell across the complex. They have designated areas of turf for your pets to relive themselves, but they are never cleaned or treated meaning when it gets above 50 you get to smell animal urine no opening your windows on nice days they’re everywhere .
The Spa is always broken or under maintenance. The pool is grimy and disgusting. When we signed they advertised a massage bed in the “spa” area. It was never fixed and has since been removed with no replacement.
The whole place was poorly built. They have been replacing the siding for a year. I’m pretty sure the first time they told us it would be finished was March. Here we are in July with no end in sight. It sat half done all winter some people even had their windows covered during this. The workers put their supplies and machines in the parking spaces - yes even the paid ones, and no I have not received a refund de

|Recommended: YesGreat Place — I have lived here since Nov and I have loved it. Very comfortable and friendly. Great location since I travel a lot easy access to highways. I have not talked to the staff much but I can attest when I was applying and moving in they were nothing but professional and welcoming. I have had no complaints.

|Recommended: NoIt looks like I have left a previous comment and I’d like to update my experience. When I first moved here, it was beautiful. Over the last two years, there has been nothing but a lack of transparency from management about the construction issues and repairs of advertised but unavailable amenities. There are NUMEROUS code violations that are not being addressed timely because there is a building permit on file. The hot tub has not been open in months and even when it was “open”, it was inconsistent and more often than not, broken down. In the last couple of summers, the pools opened later and closed sooner than just about all other complexes. One pool was not even open by July 4th. We’ve been told the construction would begin with two buildings being finished and then the crews would combine and finish the remainder of the buildings, one at a time. This is not happening. I’ve replaced a full set of tires within the past 6months due to the nails laying around everywhere.

|Recommended: YesPositive Place — The apartment staff is very helpful with everything. The construction isn't loud, though it does block some areas. The maintenance team are respectful and easy to work with. Overall this is a wonderful place to live.

|Recommended: YesShort Term Lease — Relocated from Nebraska to Missouri. Love the short-term lease options while my husband and I were searching for a home to buy. The community is very friendly and quiet. The apartments are very nice, spacious, and have lots of storage. I never felt unsafe and the staff always made sure we were updated on any construction that might be going on. The on-ground laundry facilities were inexpensive and convenient.
