Can't say anything about the maintenance staff as I haven't need it them.

|Recommended: YesMy teenage daughter and I moved into Steeplechase about 4 years ago when my husband's job relocated him out of state. We always felt safe in these apartments, no matter what time of day or night we came in. The office staff was always responsive, friendly and helpful. Maintenance was always quick to resolve any issues we had. We really only had one, and that was when the dryer quit working and they had it fixed within a week they had to order a part . The community is great. We loved the walking trails and the closeness of neighboring businesses like walking to Starbucks after a workout . The community is clean and has lots of great amenities. I would definitely recommend living here if you're looking for a great apartment that's beautiful inside and out, in a great location, and has great people working there to keep you happy We just moved out bought a house and will miss many of these things even though we're excited about our new place.

|Recommended: YesThe Property Is Very Comforting And Very Well Kept Up. — Well it's only been a couple of weeks but so far I would tell them that I love that at night it is well lit which the safety of the tenants mean a lot to management.

The only thing is I think for this size complex another dumpster is needed. It get really full and creates an unsightly mess. Staff polite and professional
