|Recommended: YesBeautiful Landscaping And Responsive, Friendly Staff — Luxury apartment homes with resort-like landscaping surround the premises. Community is very pet-friendly my dog loves the dog park . Staff is very responsive to questions and concerns and are always very friendly.

|Recommended: YesVery Happy Living Here — We are very happy living at the Steeplechase Apartments The layout of the apartment is great It is nice having the bedrooms separate from each other, having a washer and dryer in the apartment is awesome and I love having a large porch to enjoy the outside. The pool and gym are very nice and both are used on a regular basis. I can hear my neighbors on occasion, but it is usually just footsteps or the occasional door or drawer closing. Not bad at all. Overall, my son and I are very happy here and we are glad we chose the Steeplechase Apartments as our new home

Right now we only have availability for garages near you building, please contact the office if this is something you may be interested in. Hi Jessica, thank you for letting us know of your concerns! Parking may be more dense in certain areas of the community based off of how the building is positioned within the community. We do offer residents the option to rent carports, premier parking and garages to free up some parking for community members not wanting covered or reserved parking. We also conduct audits on vehicles on property and require all residents parking on-site to have a parking permit to assist with this process. Please contact the leasing office so we can discuss some options to possibly assist with alleviating this concern.

We do assign our residents parking permits to keep track of vehicles parked on-site. We also have assigned reserved parking and carports if you are interested in a specific spot for your household. Feel free to reach out to inquire more!

|Recommended: YesI've loved being a resident here I've rented several apartments within the last few years and I'm used to the issues that come along with apartment living - with that being said, I have not had any problems with parking since being here. I am on the top floor, but have never heard any of my neighbors below me or to the side. I really appreciate the work that I see being put into the grounds - everything from the fountain, to the landscaping to the grounds-keeping. This is a well kept property and it shows Maintenance and office staff have always been quick to respond

|Recommended: YesI enjoy living here and I really like my apartment. I was nervous about noise, but I've been here about 6 months and have yet to hear anyone around me. Everything always looks clean, the office staff has been very friendly and helpful and I plan on renewing at the end of my lease.

|Recommended: YesAffordable But Luxurious Quiet Living — I thoroughly enjoy living at Steeple Chase. I am able to hear my neighbors below me when they yell or when someone is coming up the steps outside but other than that the grounds are super clean, the dog park is awesome the insides of the apartments are really nice. For the most part it's a quiet community everyone is super nice.
