|Recommended: YesThe Best In Town, Hands Down — We have lived here 2 years now. What first attracted me to the complex was the aesthetic of the spacious apartments, well groomed grounds awesome amenities ie bark park and pools . That day, I was so impressed I told my wife to cancel the 3 other viewing appointments because Steeplechase checked all of my boxes What could easily be a 2000 mo. complex, it is well under that ticket price. The price is more than great, but the rating we are giving is almost entirely due to the amazing people who staff this property. In general, my wife and I agree it would take a saint's patience to manage an apartment, we both agree management here is 10 10 They are friendly, helpful, pleasant, kind incredibly sincere with their interactions with residents. It's easy to see they genuinely care about the property, tenants each other. On more than one occasion we have had interactions that leave us feeling grateful happy to call this place our home. We cannot say enough about how grateful we are for all who work here from the front office to maintenance team, we thank you So, if someone is considering moving in here's a short list of the things you get very pretty apartments, cool horse statue in the front, nice gym, a little walking trail, pool access, dog park, spacious and open floor plans, devoted management teams an overall pleasant experience 100 we would recommend friends to living here

|Recommended: YesHome Sweet Home For Now — Although we know our move to Steeplechase will be temporary, we've made it feel very much like home. The front office staff are always warm and willing to help, every maintenance request has been fixed in a timely and professional manner, and the apartment space still gives our family enough room to move and feel a sense of privacy. We love it here so far

|Recommended: YesLove This Place — I've looked high and low before deciding on Steeplechase and I am so glad I did I have lived here for almost a year and plan on renewing our lease The leasing staff and maintenance team here are incredible. They are kind, prompt, professional, and truly take care of their tenants There is ample parking and we enjoy using the pool in the summer and the gym year round The grounds are always well kept and I always feel safe here. Could not recommend Steeplechase enough

I felt as if I already belonged to the community here and my application was not even approved yet. Management is very nice and is willing to help out in any way possible. |Recommended: YesNice Property — We have lived here a month now and overall we are pleased with our choice of living here. My biggest complaint is people who do not pick up after the dogs. This is ridiculous the complex grounds look nice until you encounter dog poop which looks horse size. The complex provides FREE bags in lots of places yet people just dont clean up after their dogs. We are in the 2nd level apartment and so far the noise level has been mild but we must have great neighbors as we dont hear them too often, except for people walking and occasional a child crying screaming. We are also located near the kids play park so some afternoon evenings there is alot of kids screaming but I guess that is what the outdoors is for. As I stated we are located on the 2nd floor on an end unit. One warning I would give anyone choosing a 2nd floor unit is to have good room darkening curtains as the outside lights are located near the windows of the 2nd floor. Our first couple of nights in the apartment were terrible for sleeping as the room was lit up. We solved the issue with curtains. Overall the apartments are very upgraded and beautiful. Any issues we needed maintenance they were there to resolve in the same day and were all very friendly.
